Our client was a US-based leading tour operator who offered small-group, guided tours to exotic European destinations. They wanted to develop a new website, designed to give customers and agents the best possible brand experience throughout the travel process - from planning to booking to customer service and in-destination information
Our Solution
Developed a responsive website using Acquia Cloud (new content & experience), Acquia Lift (personalizing experiences).
Developed a dashboard for travel agents and integrated it with Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage reservations and commissions.
Integrated the site with Acquia DAM (Digital Asset Management) to enable the marketing teams to manage and reuse the collateral from a centralized location.
Results
The implemented solution increased traffic, improved lead generation as well as brand engagement. The personalized experiences lead to better lead conversions and they saw a 28% jump in lead to sale conversions. The agent turnover rate was reduced by 8%.
