Background
Our client was a renowned luxury jewelry brand with boutiques in New York, Paris, London, Hong Kong and more. They had 9 disparate legacy websites that were targeted toward different segments and markets, and lacked a single unified eCommerce platform. Their customers were not getting the best possible brand and online shopping experience.
Our Solution
Deployed a multi-store, multi-lingual portal on AEM to cater to the needs of different customers across multiple markets.
Leveraged the Magento page builder with a custom theme, including responsive design, to empower
Marketing teams save time and resources while adding future pages. Integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud with and Adobe (Magento) Commerce using standardized APIs to enable real-time synchronization of customer data, order status etc.
Results
We delivered personalized marketing campaigns, an automated abandoned cart recovery system, and created brand advocates by ensuring a seamless customer experience. This resulted in their Net Promoter Score (NPS) jumping 12 points and increased their Revenue Per Employee by 23%.
