Personalized Experiences by leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Salesforce Marketing Cloud


Background


Our client was a renowned luxury jewelry brand with boutiques in New York, Paris, London, Hong Kong and more. They had 9 disparate legacy websites that were targeted toward different segments and markets, and lacked a single unified eCommerce platform. Their customers were not getting the best possible brand and online shopping experience.



 

Our Solution


  • Deployed a multi-store, multi-lingual portal on AEM to cater to the needs of different customers across multiple markets.


  • Leveraged the Magento page builder with a custom theme, including responsive design, to empower


  • Marketing teams save time and resources while adding future pages. Integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud with and Adobe (Magento) Commerce using standardized APIs to enable real-time synchronization of customer data, order status etc.


 

Results


We delivered personalized marketing campaigns, an automated abandoned cart recovery system, and created brand advocates by ensuring a seamless customer experience. This resulted in their Net Promoter Score (NPS) jumping 12 points and increased their Revenue Per Employee by 23%.
